Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Ans. All-in-stock order typically ships in 1-3 business days via UPS. Whereas Direct to Garment (DTG)  and other print-on-demand items usually ship in 4-5 days. You will receive an email once your item has been shipped along with tracking info. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Ans. Yes! We ship internationally via UPS. You may have to cover the incurred import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We are not responsible if order gets held up in customs as we cannot keep track of these. 

I don’t see my country in the available shopping options. What do I do?

Ans. Please send us an email at support@stellabeautystore.com and we will most likely add it. 


Orders and Tracking

How can I track my order?

Ans. You can go to the Track Your Order on your website and know the current status of your shipment.

How will I be informed if my order is canceled after confirmation?

Ans. We will automatically process your refund upon cancellation.

 

If an item gets damaged in transit, how can I return or refund it?

Ans. Simply contact us at support@stellabeautystore.com and we will replace it. 

 

Can I change the delivery address after shipment?

Ans. No. However, you can change address within 3 hours of purchase.

Return

Can I make returns after the order?

Ans. Yes, you surely can return the item f you are not happy with the order you receive. However, we would need you to send us an email explaining the reason(s) for returning the order after which you’ll receive a return address and slip from us.  

Warranty Service

Are your products covered under any warranty service? If yes, please explain.

Ans. Yes, our products come with a warranty provided by the manufacturer, which lasts for a period of one year upon purchase.

 

How does the warranty process work?

Ans. You are required to initiate the return process for any items covered under the warranty within 14 days after the date of purchase.
